Birut Mtb Jamboree 2012

45km. Total, 80-90% off roads.
Lots of mud(raining the day before) but the day itself was friggin hot.
714th position outta estimated over 1200 participents.
Didn't finish it. Came unprepared on the back of a very food binge trip to bangkok, lasted till the very last hill. Waited with a couple of guys for 4x4 trucks to come in and guide us out of the track without taking the last climb.
It was soo hot that i totally ignored the lucky draws and goodies bag. Straight went for the car and zoom straight home.

An Evening with H.

Havent ridden with H for a long long time. He took my xtc and i took the eco7 up on its maiden ride up to kuala kedah bridge. Started well, n the weather was nice as well. But then, after we started back from the bridge, it started to rained gila gila after that. Had to call guan with his pickup, to pick us up from a petrol station.

Got a new wheels

its not for me, for the missus.
Dahon Eco C7
5 rides so far, and here's my 2 cent on it.
Fast, not as fast as my giant, but i guess it's good enough as a lap bike. Definitely so as i've done laps with it on a newly built mini mall around my place, and it really is suited for brand new tars. Smooth. Without shocks, going thru the regular old and hard tars just makes the bike feels stiff and hard. Every bumps is felt. All in all, i would say that it really is a surprise that it can really zoom around that fast.
Looking for a child carrier in the middle now, can't wait to carry my son with it so that he could join me on my rides...




no... this ain't gonna be my full time bike.. still preferred my giant.

Malakoff Interstate Fellowship Ride 2011/2012

went with xplorer. Good climb, great ride as well. up to the 18- 20 km mark la... cuz, had to turn back after that. Patrick had cramps on knee. Ended up on air itam for breakfast and back to collect jerseys and see out the lucky draws.

one of the happiest ride for me. Would do it all over again, including the RAIN. Hope to be back again next year.
